I am so proud of all of you for last weeks rehearsal.  We were able to show case our chorus for our visitor and still get vital work done.

Jan enjoyed her visit and may return this coming Thursday not as a candidate at this point but to sing with us!

Which brings me to next week. Another very important rehearsal.  We will have a second visitor who has expressed interest in visiting us to see if she has interest in the job.  Hopefully she will see how much we enjoy being together and singing.  Jan told Ellie about us after her visit last Thursday.  Word of mouth is always good.

I think the format will be the same as last week. We’ll start in sections so that she can hear the 4 parts and then we’ll do some singing in chorus position.  In the sections, we’ll focus on the trouble spots in each of our songs. Trust me, each song has a least one section!  And of course, by now you are off the paper on Monday, Monday.  Anxious to hear how it sounds after a week of work.   ( You’ve got a friend is next)

And a reminder that the two videos for you to use as a guide for Fame are on the website.  I wish you could have seen how great you all looked on our second try . The energy was huge. Now we just need to do it without passing out!!!
